Most people who are new to the energy healing arena may not know what these energy healing techniques are, so I wanted to give you a bit of information on each of them. I am a registered Massage Therapist with the state if Colorado. I am also a Certified Life Change Facilitator and a Reiki Master with training in Spiritual Restructuring and Spiritual Response Therapy.

The Techniques 

Massage

I do different kinds of Massage depending on the clients needs. I use kinesiology and acupressure and body alignment techniques with my massage. I also use essential oils in my sessions. Each massage session is unique.

Reiki

Reiki was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui.  Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "Life Force Energy" "god" flows through us and what causes us to be alive. If ones life force energy is low then we are more likely to be sick or full of stress. when it is high, we are more capable of living happy and healthy lives.

Matrix Energetics 

Matrix Energetics is a mode of energetic healing developed by Seattle Chiropractor Dr. Richard Bartlett.
Matrix Energetics starts with a gentle light touch and the power of focused intent and builds into a new and joy filled state that can affect life changes.

 Whole Life Integration

Whole Life Integration is about forgiveness of yourself and others from a deep level within.
Whole Life Integration is an accelerated form of Ho’oponopono .
Ho’oponopono means to make things right. It is used to tranform and release negative energies from the past and present. It is forgiveness that transends negative conditions within a family or person. This therapy addresses the emotional root of emotional trauma.

I am a Certified Life Change Facilitator and have helped many people with this therapy.
